Questions people actually ask
- What counts as a completed template?
- The first time you download the ZIP or publish a specific template to Klaviyo. Editing the name, preheader, width or slice positions creates a new template; re-downloading the exact same one never costs anything.
- Can my team share one account?
- Yes. Owners and admins invite teammates by email. Each account keeps its own brands, projects, history and billing, fully separated from every other account.
- Where are my Klaviyo keys stored?
- Encrypted with AES-256-GCM in a server-only table. They are never returned to the browser, and you can rotate a key at any time.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. You keep access to the end of the paid period, then fall back to the free allowance rules.
