Terms of service

1. The service

Slicer Email slices email design images into email-safe HTML and, when you connect a Klaviyo account, uploads those images and creates templates on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the campaigns you send.

2. Accounts and teams

Each account is owned by the person who created it. Owners and admins may invite teammates; invited members can access everything inside that account. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Free allowance and paid plans

Every account may complete five templates free for life. A template is completed the first time it is downloaded or published; re-downloading an identical template does not consume allowance. Beyond the allowance, the Monthly plan includes 60 completed templates per calendar month for 34 ILS per month, and renews until cancelled. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of 179 ILS and includes 50 completed templates per calendar month for life.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.
• No attempt to bypass allowance limits, rate limits or access controls.
• No uploading of content you do not have the rights to use.

5. Third-party services

Klaviyo and any future payment provider are independent providers with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy decisions.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Changes

We will announce material changes in-app before they take effect.
